What we collect
The association keeps the owner's name, flat and block number, phone numbers, email address and, where given, religion (used only to divide religion-specific charges) together with the bills and payments of that flat.
Why we collect it
The data is used to issue bills, collect payment, send bill and receipt notifications, and keep the association's accounts.
Payment data
Card numbers, PINs and mobile wallet credentials are never seen or stored by this portal. Online payments are handled on aamarPay's own secure page; the portal stores only the transaction ID, amount, method and status returned by the gateway.
Sharing
Data is not sold or rented. It is shared only with the payment gateway to process a payment, with the email and SMS providers used to deliver notices, and where the law requires disclosure.
Retention
Billing and payment records are kept for as long as the association's accounts require. An owner may ask the office to correct their contact details at any time.
