Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
This portal is operated by Navana Silver Dale Apartment Owners Association for the owners and residents of the Navana Silver Dale apartment complex, 32-33, North Bashabo, Dhaka-1214. It is used to publish monthly utility bills and to collect payment against them.
2. Accounts
An account is opened by the association for each flat. The account holder is responsible for keeping the password confidential and for every payment made from the account.
3. Bills and dues
Bills are issued monthly and are payable by the due date printed on the bill. A late payment penalty may be applied after the due date at the rate shown on the bill.
4. Payments
Online payments are processed by aamarPay. A payment is treated as received only after the gateway confirms it and the portal marks the bill paid. Cash and bank payments are posted after the association office verifies the receipt.
5. Charges
The amount payable is the amount shown on the bill. The association does not add any service charge on top of the bill for online payment.
6. Changes
The association may update these terms; the version published on this page applies to payments made after it is posted.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
